Jean has been hurt all her life and now she's free. However, free under horrible circumstances. She doesn't even know how she's managed to survive. When an amateur band, the Monkees, decide to take her in, they must find trust in each other in order to heal. Unbeknownst to them, this whole encounter could change all of their lives for the better... or for the worse.
