Carnation Smith is a teenager with a weird name..and a weird family. Also they just keep on moving. The Smiths never stay in one place for more than two years. This time its Olympia. Cold and rainy Olympia. However a new place is no excitement for plain old Carrie. However something unexpected is about to happen. Throw in a couple of boys and a bitchy school queen-bee and Carnation's life is about to spin absolutely out of control.
