Ashes, a young fawn, soon grows up to be a big buck. He faces many dangers in trying to claim leadership and become Leader Buck VII (7). He seems to be the right choice, until Saroo, is found alone, and seems stronger. Now Ashes needs to show he is the true choice, without misbehaving and disobeying Leader Buck VI.
