The person's name is not yet known so therefore the person shall be referred to as a "He". This He is just your typical random citizen who belongs to a random everyday family, went to school, college and finally graduated from University just like most people do. And now he works in a company at an officer's post day in day out trying to make it through the days keeping in mind the future (although he has no 5 or 10 year plans) because he doesn't believe that God has guaranteed him all those years of life, and it's pretty obvious that you just have no idea when your time will be up.
