Aleksandra Krum, is the younger sister of Viktor Krum. She attends Durmstrang Institute, despite it being an all boys school. Her father wanted her to be schooled with Victor. She is an chaser on the Bulgarian Quidditch team and the youngest ever to play profesionally, being only 14.

The Tri-Wizard Tournament slowly approaches, and since Aleks (Alex) is the only girl in the Institute, Igor Karkaroff, her father, Aleksander Krum and Viktor don't want to risk leaving her alone with so many boys, they take her to Hogwarts with them. That's when she meets the Golden Trio, the Weasley's and all the others. Again ....
