So what if I had no friends? My mind was My friend But sometimes It let me down But that's where Ana Deb Annie Sally and Sue Came in They haunted my mind My thoughts They now Controlled Me Forever And Always Ana Starved me 'For Perfection' She'd say Sue and Deb Liked to Drown me In my Thoughts Sally Always said 'It's just one cut What's the big deal?' Annie Told me 'Never talk' 'Keep quiet' 'And they won't Notice' Starving for Perfection I'm drowning in my Thoughts Just one cut Don't talk Keep Quiet They won't Notice ❗️⚠️TRIGGER WARNING⚠️❗️

Daiha Smith has everything, or, so it seems. Her dad received a promotion, and with that promotion, her family seemed to gain everything. But Daiha lost a lot in the process. Her parents are never home anymore, her sister cares more about her friends than her family, and Daiha has yet to escape the cruel remarks, evil stares, and just the mean girls at school. It seems to her that nobody cares about her anymore... Will somebody notice the self harm, the anorexia, before its too late? WARNING: triggers throughout the novel Please read with a grain of salt.
