Skyla, teen lightning elf sucks at using her powers, but she will be forced to tap into her hidden abilities. She lives in a world that is more like Never Ending Story than your typical fantasy novel.

Batfolk, elves, and other species are mindlessly walking north and not even the shamans know why. They choose Slyla to figure it out. At first she refuses, but after her best friend is taken, she must solve the mystery. She travels to the mountain of the gods, from where no one has ever returned.

She meets friends and loses friends along the way. The man-eating-trees, the wind witches, the water elves, the swamp of anger, facing all of that and more is nothing compared to when she must stop the gigantic monster, End of All that will destroy all life.
