**Innocents**. What a meaningful word, don't you think? We all have or had our innocence. But what is considered "our" innocence or "your" innocence? The word "innocent" can signify being found not guilty, maintaining your sanity, or simply appearing innocent. There is so much meaning packed into such a small word.
Ni'Ari was once innocent.
Ni'Ari loved Alanis, but they could never see eye to eye. One day, Alanis decided it was time to call it quits, and so their connection faded away. Yet, Ni loved her-she always did. Ni loved how she could be herself around Alanis and how Alanis made her feel. But how? Ni had never actually met her. She couldn't grasp why she was so attached to Alanis.
