As Casey Pierce enters her junior year of high school, she decides to enter a writing competition that could earn her a full scholarship to whichever school she chooses. 

Too bad she has no idea what she wants to do with her life, no clue which school she wants to go to, or what she's going to write about. 

However, as Casey writes her - probably not - award-winning story, she'll learn some things about herself - and the people she loves most.
