Eren was a college student , year 3. He got into a car accident and broke his leg and fractured his bone and ligaments. He had surgery done and fortunately his leg didnt have to get amputated. Levi Ackerman was a trained doctor , and helped many people. Dr.Ackerman was engaged , and helps people with therapy.
Once eren and levi met it was normal , and then things went this way and that way up and down , basically a rollercoaster . Things happened , and Levi found Eren doing something . It was about him.
