Troye Sivan, an ordinary Australian 18 year old boy that loves to sit in his room and write songs, has already released a beautiful song called 'The Fault In Our Stars' based on the book by John Green. He's already signed by EMI and working on his EP TRXYE.

He meets a new boy named Connor at a little cafe that he goes to almost every day. They become the best of friends, fall in love, until both of them want to act upon their feelings, but realise that if Troye becomes a singer, he'll have to let go of him.

Who will he choose: his career or the one he loves?
