She thought his heart is only filled with darkness, but there might be some light in his heart.

In here Caroline didn't got back with Stefan. Nothing happened to Enzo nor Damon. Caroline didn't married Alaric but they continued to live in Dallas trying to live as normal as they could. This story won't follow what happened in the TVD/TO universe.

So, this book is going to be under heavy construction and then I will adjust the ending.
