Thea Gilbert: 16 years later

It's been 16 years since everyone said goodbye to Elena. Then comes along Thea, and she just so happens to be the daughter of Jeremy Gilbert and Vickie Donavon(before she was a vampire). She was adopted after her mother died giving birth. She moves to Mystic falls, VA to find her birth parents and even lives in the old Gilbert house. From there she meets some very interesting people some want to protect her and others want her dead.
