"Are you scared of me?" He mocked, walking a few steps closer to me. I shook my head and held my head high.

"Why should I be scared of you? You're just a teenager with raging hormones. Now can you please step aside so I can actually make it back home on time?" I said irritatedly. He tsked and stepped aside.

"You know you want me really. Let's make a bet. Whoever breaks the heart of the other first wins and gets a thousand dollars from the loser and bragging rights. Are you up for it? Or are you too much of a coward to go along with this bet?"He smirked.

My breath was cut short because of his words. A bet? No, I can't! It's too much of a risk! Where will I get the thousand dollars? However, my pride couldn't stand the insult thrown at me. A coward? I'm going to prove to him I'm no coward.

" Fine. I'm in. A thousand dollars huh. So whoever wins, gets the thousand dollars?"I asked.
