A mental boy,Toetoe,age 7 , is put into  JooJoo's Mental Hospital for 5 months and makes friends while he's there.Through out the story Toetoe and his friends bust out of JooJoo's multiple times and take insane actions and do maniacal events out in public.
Toetoe and his friends statically change as the story progresses and once out of JooJoo's,these buddies stay in touch quite well with eachother back home.All Rights Reserved
