Stara Ninour was a normal young girl with a passion for dancing. Her life was great--she had amazing friends, a loving family, good grades, and many goals for her future. Though when she crosses paths with a devil, her life takes an unfortunate and pitiful turn.

The devils hypnotizes her into becoming "his butterfly" and sheds her away with all the other girls he's obtained. Stara doesn't even have a sense of reality anymore; her mind is completely focused on Urie, just as it is with his other "butterflies". She does everything he tells her to do regardless of how morally wrong it is, and regardless of her own feelings as a human being. No matter what, she will always follow him, as that is what he's brainwashed her to do.

Though after months of living in her hypnotized state, she begins to slowly grow emotionally attached to Urie, and as she gradually begins to regain her own consciousness, she begins to even willingly do the things he tells her. All she wants in return is some true affection, but she's too broken to realize that her wish can only be a fantasy....
