When the creatures came, the world didn't know how to respond. The last thought we had was about how to kill the dead. The people who we once knew; those that held places within our hearts. That was our first mistake. It wasn't until parents started tearing apart their children and children slaughtered whole families that we realized that those we love are no longer human.Cities then started housing refugees, all were accepted as long as they were human. That was our second mistake. People who were either bitten or scratched then Turned into the very beasts we tried to exterminate.Entire countries became infected, their camps nothing more than an all you can eat buffet for the beasts. What was left of humanity banded behind walls made of wood and steel, only the bravest, or foolish, of us remained outside the walls. We thought that eventually, these beasts, these Roamers, would fall back into the graves they crawled out of. All we had to do was wait them out. That was our final mistake When the time came for what was left of civilization to band together and fight the darkness that threatened to swallow the world whole, we splintered, shattered like glass. Militias were formed. Women were a prized commodity. The Roamers gorged themselves on fearful flesh. The proud human race was reduced to scattered bands of scavengers and murderers. We have entered a war. And we are losing.

It happened too fast, hideous monsters feasting on human flesh turning people into creatures far from their own skin. It was madness, some humans took different appearances that meant different parts on the food chain. Within 3 years, there were leaders in different parts of the world and humans were fighting for the flesh on their bones and to kill as man god damn fucking mutants as possible. Kela Gorgosh was 15 when it started, watched her whole family turn into flesh eating zombies while she became something else. She was contaminated, venom mixed into her blood from a mutant she couldn't begin to describe. Yet she didn't die, her body gave out in existence. It shook and convulsed, it was like a fire ignited in her system. When she opened her eyes, she wasn't human yet she wasn't a Zombie either but a vampire who begged for more than blood, the after effects of having zombie venom in her blood. She planned to kill every mutant zombie there was, she wanted the world to bleed from her lips and bow down to her at the end. She wanted revenge for her dead parents, and the people she watched die around her. She wanted to know her saviour but she also wanted to watch the world burn Till The End Highest Rank In Horror|#649 Highest Rank In Vampire|#456
