Arielle Santos used to be in love with Spencer Vieira - that was, until the summer of 2015 began. Not only did he break her heart, he also managed to shatter it into pieces and break everything she used to be. Battling the hell of depression, Arielle suffers through the summer as she wonders why this all happened and why she can't let go of Spencer Vieira.
Jaden Cordeiro isn't the brightest of teenage boys, and he certainly isn't Arielle's favorite one either. After he stole her best friend during their sophomore year of high school, Arielle never wanted anything to do with him. Running into Jaden isn't inevitable, however.
