Scarlett is a shapeshifter, working for the SilverClaw, a ruthless, merciless gang. When an errand goes wrong Scarlett ends up with blood on her hands. Sent off on another assignment, this time doing deals with a were-pack, Scarlett has no idea she is being tracked by someone intent on revenge.

Ari is a werecat (though she can't shapeshift) She just wants to live a normal teenage life with her mom, but that all changes however when she arrives home just in time to witness her mothers murder. Now she will have to use all her werecat skills, to hunt down the murderer and avenge her mother.

What neither girl knows is that there's a coming war. Soon both girls find themselves in the very center of it and they end up having to fight more than just each other.
