Record Me Saying I Miss You

Hazel, from rainy and gloomy Maine, is whisked away to the colorful and overwhelming California after being cast by Ink Productions, a famous animation studio, for the lead female role in their next movie. Under the sunny and blinding skies of Cali, Hazel is happily reacquainted with her childhood friend and long-distance boyfriend, and as she steps into the Ink Productions for the first time, she realizes it's a dream come true.

But suddenly, she comes face to face with Dylan Pendon, the male lead of the movie. Dylan's a fame-drugged celebrity: a talented actor and a famous vocalist. He's got everything at the tips of his fingers, from money to girls to his annoying arrogant personality. After their first encounter, Dylan makes it clear that the two aren't going to get along.

However, as Hazel's world begins to crumble and Dylan's life is being controlled by the hands of the media, the two begin to turn to each other for comfort and help. Butting heads and snapping insults, Hazel and Dylan become caught in a whirlwind of emotions, secrets, heartbreak, and unrequited love.
