Meant For Him (Book 1 in the Golden series)

24 parts Complete Mature

For the past five years, people have been abducted and murdered, with each passing season. At the start of the 6th year, the abductions stopped, but only to begin again in the beginning of the 7th year. The chaos begins with the abduction of Adrian Mackenzie, a high school student at Golden High School. But this year's abductions are different. The Alpha of the Boulder Creek wolves has heard of the resumption of the abductions, so he has come to Golden, Colorado to provide protection. The alpha is Adrian Mackenzie's brother and Abigail Cromwell's worst nightmare. Rush Mackenzie is too hot and attractive for his own good and unfortunately, he knows that. His cocky personality drives Abigail up walls and Abigail's independent and spitfire nature has Rush wanting to choke her. Though they can't stand one another, Abigail and Rush Mackenzie agree to work together to help find Adrian. Suddenly, they're feeling totally different than what they felt originally. That ever-present hatred has been replaced by mutual friendship and that turns to more, as they travel farther into their journey to find their best friend. Will the duo find Adrian and avenge his kidnapping before it's too late or will the desperate pair split up before they actually reach him? And will they be able to bypass their differences and be together or will their responsibilities separate them?
