After a case, when sherlock shot a man in the head, his brother mycroft decides that he has to leave london for a whole year and after that he will live somewhere else. Sherlock gets upset cuz he doesn't want to leave john alone. He wrote a last letter to tell him everything he didn't tell him till now. After one year sherlock suddenly comes back and things change.
