The year is 1942 in an alternate dimension where the turtles are forced to intermarry in order to "save their species" and their offspring is to be delivered to earth in 27 years.
Mikey has a spouse chosen for him, although he prayed he wouldn't have to go through with it, he is forced to wed Raphael.
