Gretchen's hard past leaves her with many problems. She's been adopted by a nice couple who have a son one year older than her. He's her rock and probably wouldn't have made it without him. When she starts school again she instantly hates it because her and Charlie (her brother) get split up because of the grade differences. When she meets Blake the Alpha of the Dark Night Pack, she can't help but start to become attached to him, which is understandable considering he's her mate. Blake starts to think that Gretchen is too fragile to know his secret, Will he ever tell her or will she just get wrapped up in a world of lies? Will she ever tell him her secret as well?
