During the time of Katniss Everdeen the districts said that the rebellion was successful but that's not the true. After the second rebellion failed, the Capitol re-built District 13 and made District 14 to their service. The 200th Hunger Games have come, that means the Quarter Quell Hunter from District 14 must survive the horrendous arena and survive with her skin. But will the Quarter Quell put on a hard task for all the tributes? Or will Jupiter from District 2 destroy her? Will Bolt survive with his wittiness? Will Vector get the girl of his dreams at least for a second at the arena? Will Jupiter be able to surpass his fellow Careers? Will Luke survive the madness back at home?
