Snakes and Ladders

Some people may call me a burglar, robber, criminal. Others may say "Tora, I can't believe you stole that, you're my hero". I prefer to call myself 'a person who helps acquire and lower the prices of unaffordable and previously expensive objects, for a 'small' fee'. I had a booming business, many clients wishing for the acquisition of items rumoured to 'combat' the recently revealed supernatural part of the population. Humans, so naïve thinking we could be killed by an ancient weapon, really they're no different to new weapons, just more difficult to get a hold of.

My wonderful life changed, however, when he appeared. He shred my life to bits with one glance, and with a second put it all back together again. We both had secrets, and when they reveal themselves they could destroy us both.

I am Tora, and this is my story of life, love and destruction.
