Hans Keller is the well known bad boy, who loves playing with girls' hearts. He lives his life not caring about anyone. With a brutal family background, he has seen people get murdered in front of his eyes, and yet he has the reputation for not caring . 

So what is it that changed in both their lives? Why did the girl who wanted a happy life and a gold medal sprinkled college degree choose the path to death and why did the boy who had no feelings for anyone or anyone's life save just this one girl?  

Is it just fate that made events turn this way, or is it the events that made fate turn it's direction on them?
