Nor did I plan on falling into the arms of a boy dressed in all black with tattoos and piercings to the high heavens. Nor did I plan on engaging in a conversation with him in any way, shape, or form. All I wanted to do was mutter my simple 'thank you' and move on without another word. But, the exact opposite happened. I began walking away after the simple 'thank you' but his eyes followed, a smile breaking across his face, "I think it's normally customary that the knight gets to know the name of the damsel,"

Aidan Jasper is a struggling author in New York City with absolutely everything against her. Her family, her landlord, every publishing company that's ever existed. Everything changes when she has a chance meeting with Esau Croix, a punk rocker who seems to show up around every corner. She didn't expect to be literally flung into his arms and sure as hell didn't expect to fall for him a little bit every time she saw him. and, in turn, didn't expect the same to go for his twin brother Jacob, who is Esau's polar opposite.
