King Andis strived to create a perfect army, an army of men with skin tough as steel and didn't require weapons to battle. In his madness for power, he destroyed anyone who he thought was not worthy or had the power to overthrow him, this led to him ordering every single Sylvin be burned or otherwise murdered, and used his own people for experimentation to create an army of monsters before eventually going mad and disappearing once he started to change. Valkyr is a Sylvin warrior, and to her knowledge she is the last living Sylvin thanks to her mother sending her to a safe house; after a dream foreseeing the genocide. She seeks to destroy King Andis and his men for killing off her people on her own until she stumbles across Sabina, a nature loving outcast. Sabina convinces her to go back into the society that cast her away, and comes along with her on her journey. Soon it is discovered that Valkyr is the only known person to have successfully killed some of Andis' failed Members, called Flukes. Making the connection between Valkyr's arrows being made using Sylvin Magic, it becomes clear King Andis enlisted the help of the most powerful Sylvin wizard to create his army, Hervör Altvir. Soon after he had created enough Members of his Clan, Hervör disappeared and King Andis called for the Sylvin Genocide, where anyone of Sylvin race was eliminated. With this information at her disposal, Valkyr and her friends head out to the neighboring kingdom of Thule to find Hervör's only known apprentice so that Valkyr may learn more about her people, and possibly how to destroy King Andis and his Clan.

Galadriel has seen more war in five years than most would experience in a lifetime. She and her brother, Finrod, commanded the Great War's most elite death squad: the Loriens. Together they completed untold thousands of missions, destroying some of the Enemy's most valuable strongholds and weapons. In the last crucial battle of the War, Finrod was killed by Sauron, an Enemy lieutenant of reputed cruelty on and off the battlefield. Morgoth was killed in the same battle, and the Loriens were sent home. Galadriel and her commandos were expected to re-assimilate with the civilian population. Galadriel has struggled to adapt for months; but with her brother gone and so many of the Enemy soldiers, including Sauron, at large, how can she put down the weapons that have kept her safe for so long? Halbrand finally makes his way north to take refuge in the great city of Lindon, where a chance encounter with a half-elf lord puts him directly into the path of Galadriel. He's done fighting. It's time to atone for his misdeeds. If his identity is exposed, can he make the person who matters most to him understand? The two journey to the Southlands, where an orc father is pursuing a secret of his own. What is Adar hunting? That's a lot of very dramatic questions for a single description. All that cinematic fluff aside, I hope you'll take a look at my original fiction piece, as it has cost me many brain cells and many hours of sleep.
