Winter Hastings hates her name. She hates her family too, but that's a different story. When she's dragged on a family vacation to Santa Monica, CA she thinks that she's in for the worst summer ever. With her family's constant fighting and horrible memories that seem to follow her everywhere she goes, Winter doesn't really think her life will be anything more than a series of unfortunate events. Zach Phillips has never had to worry about anything a day in his life. He has it all. The looks, the money, the popularity, the girls. Or so everyone seems to think. When a chance encounter leads Winter and Zach to meet, what will happen? Will they fall in love? Or will it just be another heartbreak for Winter to add to her collection?

When Ben arrives in Calabria with his family, he's ready for one more summer in the heat, just like all the ones before. But everything changes when Adam shows up at his doorstep - and when a forgotten photo brings back memories neither of them expected. Adam is charming, curious, and kind - everything Ben never was. Ben also meets Cara, Adam's younger sister, and the apple of their parents' eye... probably because they've gone blind to all the chaos she causes. One summer, when they were kids, Adam wished he were Ben. But what happens when Ben finds himself wishing Adam would never leave his side, instead? [SHORT CHAPTERS]
