"My self esteem shrank as I got older, and the real me started to take cover in a dark abyss. The real me was there for good, and no one could bring me back." Carter is burnt out. She used to be a spunky, outgoing, and rebellious girl. But after a group of good friends pushed her away, Carter slowly shut down the old her and in with the new one: a closed off, awkward person. ---------- "Let us help her bring back the fire that she used to have. And help her to make it burn just as bright and maybe brighter than before." Mackenzie is caught (in the middle). She was in the group of Carter's old friends, but ever since a fight in 6th Grade they have never talked. She is caught between her old friends and her new friends, but she'll still do anything to help Carter. ---------- "When someone says a mean thing, you have two options. Take it and cry or fight back. In life, usually, whatever is thrown at you, you have the same two options. Take it and cry or fight back." Chris is ambitious. Once she has her mind set on something, she has to do it, and usually does not think through the consequences. Whether the thing is restoring Carter's old self or busting Shakira (a school nemesis). ---------- After a sleepover brings them together, the girls see each other in a whole new light. Though drama happens, they remain, The Unknown Trio. Three girls who no one thought would end up together, with a bond stronger than steel.

"Fuck." He whispers into my neck, sending a thrill of excitement through my body. His lips still smothered kisses over my neck and his hands roamed my body, starting at my chest, going down to my stomach. Caressing my soft skin, his thumb trailed circles on my groin before slightly slipping into the waistband of my jeans. My breath catches in my throat as I pull at the hoodie that covered his chiselled body. Understanding, Jacob pulls it off in one swift movement before attaching his lips back on my neck. Sucking and biting it before flicking his tongue over the sore spot. A quiet moan leaves my mouth and I clasp my hand over it, denying any noise to escape. "You drive me fucking crazy, Aria." ---------------------------- Aria Bailey finds it hard to fit in. Her parents are always busy and never have time for her.
