Nora Thompson is a freshman at Greensville High School who's life is utterly boring.  With no friends, parents that are constantly bickering, a younger brother who hates her, and her only friend is the boy next door named Sam, she thinks her life can't get any worse...that is until a fallen angel comes.  She tells her that the heavens are at a great war with evil, an evil seeking to conquer the heavens and make mankind suffer eternally.  Suddenly, Nora's life isn't so normal as she's thrust into a new world full of magic, secrets, and surprises.
