Dan Howell has always been depressed, and it was never really a problem until his brother leaves him, causing his parents to take action and send him to a treatment hospital. There he meets an arrangement of new friends with different diagnostics and different backgrounds. What happens when they "accidentally" steal a doctor's car and go on an incredibly, unique, road trip? (Spoiler Alert: A lot, a lot happens)
