When Xavier returned to his home town at 19 he recognised primrose who is now 18. However she didn't recognise him. (TW: I have made this story mature for very small reasons such as how her father treats her and her mother and it may be upsetting to some so please be mindful of this when reading the story. There is also bullying and controlling behaviour mentioned. Otherwise it's pretty PG within the book)
