Kagome loses her memories because she made a wish for the Shikon Jewel that she never met Inuyasha after an argument she had. Before she did, Goku is thrown through time and crash lands into the nearby Edo Village. However, Goku witnesses their argument when he is the only one who is in pity and wants to help Kagome out with the broken heart she has, but because of the memory loss she accidentally made a wish with. I slowly sit up staring at the figures in front of me who were crying tears of joy. I sit there silently still a little dizzy from my soul returning back to my body. Inuyasha grips me tightly.
