[FANTASY ADVENTURE NOVEL]

In the midst of a civil war, chaos arises from separate reaches of the nine countries. Vene Aminoff, a dangerous force graduated from her training as an assassin, threatens the balance of the undercover sorcerers seeking to overthrow fair judgement of the kingdoms. Her actions stir up the once "peaceful" lives held by homicidal Beck Dedrick within the civil war, as well as tender-hearted Cirian Wiltshire of Anjour. Pursued for her acts of murder, Vene Aminoff struggles to complete her final kills while dodging Beck, a trained hitman under strict loyalty to General Myron Conroy of Valens.

From the opposite end of the nine countries, Attus Sally, a warm sailor of the eastern seas, takes on an independent task of hunting a deadly band of thugs who terrorize the Southern Wastelands of Faymoore. Terrified of the fate his wife may endure, Attus embarks on an arctic journey through the Wastelands, encountering and suffering the extreme among his own loyal troop of sailors from his ship.

Throughout the course of "The Immortal Chronicles", the four characters exhibited in this book confront one another through a strangely unexpected turn of events circling around the lore of the prelude: "Avarice of the Sea". This book can be read separately.

Many moons ago, the world of Vahldria flourished with Fae in abundance. As time moved on, so did its inhabitants. War was inevitable. And what was once Vahldria, is now split among boundaries, and the Fae no longer exist here. After everything, their magic and peculiar portals were left behind. Each boundary is ruled by a leader of their own kind. However, Nastaeria is known for its nasty business with the Videguard, a group of assassins whose purpose is to serve their owner. Novalie Venantius was born into the Videguard, alongside her wolf, Shiloh. Deemed an assassin at a young age, she began dipping her hands into a dangerous world of theft, trade, and murder. When word crosses Nova that the King placed a bounty on her, she is determined to leave Nastaeria immediately. Her owner gives her the only option of traveling to the old Fae land of Vahldria, where she tries her best to ignore the people who reside here: the Aiken. Following the mission her owner gave her, Nova is tasked to behead an unknown rebel of Vahldria. Upon finding her target, she is met with an unlikely character and more questions than answers. When worlds collide with the Princes of Vahldria, Nova finds herself in the mix of a very dangerous plan. Unfortunately, one problem exists, the signature sign of a Fae creature: her burning blue eyes. Nova faces betrayal in the ones she trusts, friendship with unexpected people, and love, something she has never allowed herself to feel since her mother passed. She begins a new life that she never could have imagined. A life that she is torn between giving up and continuing to pursue. But how many more deaths could she handle? Did her owner deceive her? Or help her? How far would she go for answers? And the one question that she can not stop asking. Where did her ancestors, the Fae, go?

~ COMPLETE AND NOW AVAILABLE ON AMAZON ~ In the Five Kingdoms of Saol Eile, magic is the only currency and those who have the most cast long shadows across the land. Amidst lavish parties, sumptuous banquets, and sprawling castles, despicable tyrants have risen, calling themselves kings by right; emperors, by the laws of old magic, and monarchs, by the wealth they've procured. When it's rumored that an army of flesh-eating monsters has risen from the shadows, tyrant-kings are forced to submit to a far more dangerous power - the sorcerer standing at the head of it all: The Cursed One. Orphaned and penniless, eighteen-year-old Cecily Trask's magic has always been reluctant to emerge. But with the kingdoms at the brink of war, she vows to do whatever it takes to keep her people safe-even if it means breaking all the rules, reaching into the depths of her soul to unravel the bindings around her true power, and allying with the potentially dangerous prince, Daire Niadh, to do it. In a landscape thick with mistrust, desire, and incipient hope, Cecily and Daire cross paths in an unfamiliar world forever changed by violent forces neither of them understand. They should hate each other. They should want each other dead. But their grief both draws them together and breaks them down, until all they have left is their shared goal - to defeat The Cursed One, even though for Cecily, the journey means almost certain death. ❧ Copyright © Marcella Colavecchio, 2014 - 2020.

❝You are just a WOMAN. You can't fight in this war, you're weak. It will chew you up and spit you out, you can't keep up with us.❞ The commander scoffed with a low chuckle. A couple of men behind him chuckled as well. Evander's gaze burned into the side of my head, awaiting my reply like everyone else. ❝If I can't fight, then why did the Queen herself ask me to take over your job for the time being?❞ I asked, pulling my dagger out from its sheath, taping on Commander Leland's breastplate with the tip, ❝Careful who you call weak Commander because you clearly don't know who I am.❞ He crossed his arms defensively, ❝Oh yeah? And who are you?❞ I leaned forward lightly, ❝The name's Aislin.❞ ________________ Her name was well-known throughout the kingdoms. Some believed she was just an urban legend, while others thought she was real but some believed she didn't exist at all. She was labeled "the infamous warrior" because she was known for destroying kingdoms with her bare hands. She was a woman, but she set a strong example for tens of thousands of men. She disappeared after a horrific accident. Years had passed, and she had led a life free of violence. After all those years, she was itching to return to the battlefield. Her wish was granted when Queen Aria of Kavan herself approached her and informed her of the events unfolding in her kingdom, requesting her assistance. A sexist Commander, a caring queen, a slacker army, new friendships, and an intriguing yet hothead prince are among the challenges she faces. She's got a lot to handle. --- REVIEWS (more inside) "If you put equal portions of action, adventure, comedy, mystery, romance & feminism in a ninja blender and set it to high power, YOU 👏 GET👏 AISLIN👏. It's a deadly plan, and it goes like this: First, become a crew member of the Avourienne, a pirate ship notorious for its charismatic captain and wicked ways. Second, trick the ship's cunning strategist, famous for winning every game she's ever played, into believing a delicately spun lie. Third, get close enough to their tyrant king to put a knife through him. Deadly doesn't quite describe such a plan. In fact, inconceivable may be the better word. But Archer Kingsley has a knack for such things, and he feels he's going to pull off this plan with the ease he does most everything. Perhaps he's not quite aware of the absolute hell that's about to break loose, but truthfully, it's so much better that way. Because true adventures are born from uncertainty. * Cover by xxsoteria Mature themes you may encounter in this book: - harsh language (it's a pirate book) - violence (it's a pirate book) - sexual implications (it's a PIRATE book) However, this story does not violate any of Wattpad's mature guidelines and therefore is not marked as such.
