"I-I don't know who I am anymore." Hiro shakes his head and takes your hand. Despite it being covered in blood, he pulls it to his chest and rests it against his heart. The beat of it drums against your palm. "No. Do you feel this? Do you see us? This isn't about who we are individually. It's about who we are." - San Fransokyo was overrun with the monsters in the beginning. Everything fell apart quickly, leaving you alone and exposed in this cruel and evil world. Then you meet the Hamada's, and suddenly there is a light in your life. You don't want to get close to anyone else in fear of the exact same pattern of loneliness and pain, but you can't stay away from them now. As time passes, Hiro becomes your new life. Will you be able to keep your small glimmer of hope even as the world continues to fall apart? Will you be able to stay with Hiro even through the hard times? Will you discover who you are, or lose yourself forever? (A Zombie Apocalypse AU) {Inspired by the song: Be Not So Fearful (A.C. Newman)} • Warning: violence, horror, gore, MAJOR CHARACTER DEATHS •

Synopsis: He was supposed to die beside her grave-his sins confessed, his legend buried beneath the weight of war. But fate is never merciful to soldiers like him. In the twilight of his life, Big Boss-warrior, traitor, father-breathed his last words beside The Boss's grave, surrendering to the virus consuming him and the ghosts that never stopped haunting him. But instead of oblivion, he awakens in a foreign land: a prime body reborn beneath unfamiliar stars, his weapons intact, and the forest eerily silent. The year is unknown. The world, fractured. The dead, walking. Now stranded in a post-apocalyptic version of Georgia where the collapse of society has birthed new monsters and moral decay, Big Boss must come to terms with his resurrection. Is it punishment? Redemption? Or a new mission written by a godless fate? Armed with his legendary skills, advanced equipment, and a mind sharpened by loss and betrayal, he must navigate a world where the rules of engagement have changed-and where peace is no longer even a dream, but a myth swallowed by the dead. But war never ends. And legends never truly die.
