Payton Manning and her best friend Riley Horan are small town California girls nothing more and nothing less. They are sister like, wild, and only want what's best for one other. Payton lost her mother due to savoir breast cancer, and her father is always leaving on business trips and a bit of a drunk when he's home. Riley on the other hand lost both of her parents to a tragic car crash due to a drunk driver. As they live their normal daily lives, they get a phone call from Payton's longest friend since Pre-k., Josh, calls them to invite them to a summer kick off at his beach house. Away to end school and to start off the summer! Everyone will be there even their favorite celebrity crushes like Taylor Launter, Alexander Ludwig, and others that makes them head over heels when they hear their name or see them. Payton and Riley has been having a crush on them for A VERY LONG TIME! Some more than others. Payton has had a thing for Taylor since he was in Shark Boy and Lava Girl. And Riley has her fair share of surprise with some of these boy(s). Things might take a separate turn for the better or worst for these girls...
