Natasha Romanoff fears the darkness of her past. She's determined to keep it hidden no matter what. Yet, she finds herself attracted to Steve Rogers. She wants to open up and let go.
At the same time a new enemy has risen from the dark past that Natasha is desperately trying to hide. It's none other than her old bunkmate Ashley Porter, and she wants to recruit the old assassin into an army set to destroy the Avengers and the rest of the world as they know it. First, this is a fanfic for Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and Steve Rogers/Captain America. Second, this will kind of go through the MCU timeline but not a lot. It will jump around and have some new parts. Third, I don't know everything about the Avengers but I know enough (I think). Fourth, this might have spelling errors and I'm sorry if it does.
