Kristine Howell, the school's butt of all jokes, thought she will never be popular in Preston University. She had no friends since she was just a red-hair girl who was a transferee and will get the award of "Most Bullied Student" in her school. But everything changed when she met a guy who was a popular student in the school - Hunter Williams.
At first few days, they really hated each other but the study session brought them together. Kristine became Hunter's tutor in his upcoming Calculus class. In three days straight, Hunter studies with Kristine until she created feelings for him but she didn't told him yet. Hunter passed the exam and wants to return the favor for Kristine. So, he will help Kristine with her dreams - to become a famous singer.
While helping her, they became friends and Kristine mentioned to Hunter not to fall in love with her. Hunter just laughed about it until they cut class on time and they went on the top of the hill. Kristine asked Hunter about Hailey Schneider, Hunter's ex who was Kristine's cousin, and then Hunter asked many questions to her, too. Then a question Hunter asked to her "Have you ever had your first kiss?" startled her a bit and she said no. Suddenly, Hunter stole her first kiss and sparks ignited on him - and her thinks he's in love with her.
Kristine will never forget her first kiss that came from Hunter whom she liked but Hailey, told her not to fall in love with Hunter because their relationship wouldn't be forever. And one time, when Hunter decided to tell his feelings to her and even court her, drive her mind so much crazy.
So now it's time for Kristine to decide. Would she believe Hunter, the one who had mutual feelings as she does and trusts him no matter what anyone says? Or Hailey, the one who told her not to believe Hunter's lies - even if he's not - and if she loves him, she would never see her cousin again?
