After an unusual day at school of mute goth kids, disappearing acid burns and the feeling of someone hunting for him, Max just wants to unwind at home. When a stranger appears in his room and abducts him, he witnesses the murder of his parents and becomes the prime suspect. Max soon finds himself on the run with several other abducted teens, all being hunted down because they've developed unnatural powers. Even with his new allies and newfound ability to heal, Max can't get too comfortable. He knows that the people looking for him are still out there - and they're closing in.

Bond like any other teen, enjoys playing games. Things take a turn for the worst, however, when a game becomes all too real and terrifying. Now, he and his classmates are working to stay alive and escape their captor. ~ ~ ~ "We put ourselves into this mess. Everything we did leading up to our disappearances gave him the ability to find us. Before and after the game truly began, we determined our own fates. This was the game we chose to play." This story contains mature themes. There is strong language, sexual content, hints at assault, grooming, kidnapping, and death. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, do not continue or skip to the next chapter. I do not expect everyone to enjoy this story, I am simply writing it as a sort of homage to any missing people and know that this is one of the darkest stories I have ever written.
