A girl gone mad meets a boy in the mental institution she's in. He's new and they both are very dangerous. They both couldn't stand happiness but their own. They killed off one by one people in the institution laughing as they kill. The doctor that has been treating the girl, shot the boy in the head. The doctor captured the girl, and she was prisoned for life. The girl then went insane for the rest of her life imagining the boy was with her.
