"Hello, are you there ?"
"Yes, I am. I will always be there."
"Can I ask you something?"
"Sure my love."
"Why don't I feel scared of you? I am here, in my room, talking to a stranger who is invisible, I don't even know your full name. But..but I feel attracted towards you. I feel like you are very near to my heart. Why do I feel like this? Isn't this wrong?"
"That is because you are my beloved, love."
"Beloved? Do you mean "vampire-kinda-beloved"?"
"Yes darling," he replied.
"But how do I believe you?"
Suddenly my surroundings became darker. A figure started to appear in front of my eyes.
He was tall, porcelain-skinned, pure black eyes, jet black hair, well built, wearing a white t-shirt and jeans along with a black jacket. He was standing there looking like a Greek god while I was sitting on my bed with a messy bun on my head and a tub of ice-cream, looking like a homeless person. I was staring at him as if he was the 8th wonder of the world.
"Wait a minute, you are ...y-you.."
"Yes, I am "
This is not a prologue. It's just an insight into what the book is about.

"Shift." His voice hit me like a serrated blade as he stepped out of the crude semicircle of hardened wolves that had formed around me. I pushed myself off of the cold floor for what felt like the thousandth time that day, wiping the small trail of blood coming off of my lip and down my chin. "I won't ask you again." My limbs felt like lead, these wolves had been at me for hours trying to get me to shift into my wolf, unbeknown to them was that their efforts would forever be futile considering the fact my wolf wouldn't make an appearance for me even when I begged. I seriously doubted she would suddenly pop up as a result of their abusive tactics. Instead of explaining my circumstances, driven by a bizarre combination of adrenaline and fatigue, I leaned back on my heels and sent the largest loogie I'd ever conjured flying over and landing squarely between the eyes of the man before me. oOoOoOoOoOo As a late bloomer who was incapable of shifting yet, let alone making any contact with her wolf, Olive Ludovic's life was not off to the best start. Growing up, constantly being tormented and taunted by those around her forced Olive to grow a tough skin and work even harder, despite the fact she was without her wolf. When her home is taken over by a dark pack, life seems to only get worse for Olive as it is quickly discovered that her mate is none other than Matteo, the Alpha of the very pack that was terrorizing her people. It seems to her, that life is just a little bit easier for Olive the Other Werewolves. oOoOoOo hello! just fyi there will be mature language and content as the book progresses so i'm letting ya know now ;) HIGHEST WEREWOLF RANKING = 2, LOVE RANKING = 3 (out of 1.8 million books XD), MAGIC RANKING = 1, ROMANCE RANKING = 1 (out of 1.5 million books XD), VAMPIRE RANKING =1!Complete

I let his fingers slip between my lips and taste myself once again. "This is what you will do with me" he whispered looking at my lips. "You will wrap your lips around it" I followed his instructions and wrapped my lips around his two fingers. I looked at his eyes and I immediately found his gaze which was torn between my lips and eyes. He inhaled again before continuing speaking. "You will slowly lick and suck it" he winked with a grin. "And you will try your best to fully take me in your mouth like this" he said, pushing his fingers even more inside my mouth. He grabbed my chin with his free hand. "Isn't that right, Rea? You will try to take me all?" He slowly asked and I nodded bringing my own fingers to my clit, trying to touch it the same way he did. He looked down to what I was doing and grinned. "Good girl, but I will continue with that" he told me, removing his fingers from my mouth and grabbing my wrist to stop me. *** Finding a wounded man in the middle of the wood was the last thing Rea had imagined to see during her stroll. She had never thought her innocent gesture of rescuing and healing him would have turned her life upside down. He claimed her as his mate. A ruthless predator that enjoyed the kill and shedding blood around for his own purpose. He was part of a species her whole family told her to stay away from. Werewolves. And she discovered soon how she was mated to one of the strongest one. Callendon. Her personal nightmare. MATURE CONTENT - ONLY 18 + FOR MATURE AUDIENCE

My Last Breath (Book one of The Portal Series)
BOOK ONE: Having enough courage to run through the woods and away from the people who convinced me they were saving me was not how I believed I'd spend my day. Yet, there I went escaping from the only place I knew existed in the world. Being held captive was too much for me, especially when these people wouldn't tell me who they were or even who I was. The first moment in my life I recall very clearly. I awoke in a dark room, with recollection of everything that happened in the world except for one thing. I had no memory of myself existing, I didn't know where I was or why these men kept me from leaving. Days after I first woke I asked plenty of questions, and yet none of them were answered. The only thing I learned was that I was not allowed outside because the woods heald the most powerful magic on the planet, the most dangerous magic. It was more than just bad men and curiosity about the forest that got me to leave, it was a pull towards something; towards magic. Once I was in the forest turning back was never an option, so I put it in my head that I'd keep walking until I found a civilization or a nice paved road that would lead to safety. But that never happened because the forest has a force living through it. Believing that the forest held something strange was the easy part but experiencing it myself was something totally different. I didn't expect anything normal but I didn't expect to be completly engulfed into the forest. I was led by an unknown presence that made me truly believe it was a living being, and in fact it is. I was innocent then, but now I know that anything can be hidden under a small platform in the woods with a secret bigger than the world itself. I was given life that day, until it all ended months later; the day I took my last breath.Complete

He grabbed me, and I felt tingles go up my arms. I started to thrash around trying to get out of his grip. As much as my wolf wanted him, I didn't and I wouldn't give in. "Let me go, dammit", I practically screamed at him. "No. You're mine", he screamed back, sending shivers down my spine as I began to relax into him. I jumped suddenly scared that if I didn't stop myself then I would never want to go. I knew what I had to do. "I, Emma St. Germain, reject you, Aiden Douglas, as my mate." I sent him a pitiful look as he fell to the floor, through the mate bond I knew he was in pain. "I'm sorry," I whispered before running as far away from him as possible. ***** She didn't want a mate, she just wanted to survive long enough to avenge her family. He's popular. I have one friend. He's outgoing. I'm quiet. He has a girlfriend. I'm alone. I'm shy and he's purely arrogant. But they say like forces repel and opposites attract. And we're complete opposites. ════════ "Hello, my name is Juliette Hunter and I think you're an asshole" I said to him, turning my body away so I could, once again, try and grab the book I so desperately needed. "Your turn" I added, after a moment of silence, realising that he was too stunned to speak. His recovery was lightning fast however, as he replied with "Hi Juliette, my name is Levi Knight" He paused, allowing his eyes to roam my body, slowly taking me in from head to toe. I looked him in the eyes, defiant in not allowing him to get to me, as my cheeks began to burn. "And I think you could qualify as one of the most beautiful girls I have ever laid eyes on" he continued smoothly. I couldn't think of a smart remark in response to what he had said so I mumbled a "fuck off" before returning to the bookshelf, I was sure my face turned crimson. "Just out of curiosity," Levi continued, now leaning against the bookshelf. I wasn't going to warn him about the fact that it was slowly tipping over. "You're single right?" I wasn't going to tell him that his assumption offended me either. Instead I replied with "Just out of curiosity" I said in a mocking tone "You're single now too, aren't you?" "You're a feisty one, aren't you?" "You're not gonna leave me alone, are you?" I muttered, attempting once more, to grab the book I so badly needed for English. "You're really hot, you know?" "You're really annoying, you know?"Complete
