no one is perfect all of us have flaws, people can see yours but they cant see theirs .. sometimes we're doing something to cheer us up when we're down.. so there this girl love singing, she wants to express her self through singing, but she wants to express her self more so thats why she post a video thats she's singing.. people liked it, but some people hate it.. they said that shes not a good singer and shes terrible.. she thought that posting a video on youtube makes her cheer up more but she was wrong..

"And why is it you don't want to work with anyone in the band?" "I don't like anyone." I said simply. "And that is the point of doing this group activity. But now let me ask you two questions. One, Why do you put up with band if you don't like anyone? And Two, Why don't you like anyone else?" Ms. Emma asked me, leaning a bit forward in her seat meaning she expects an answer from me. "I put up with band because I love my grandma and she was always telling me to be a trumpet. She died about a year ago and I just want to honor her memory" I say looking down. "I'm so sorry Jace." Ms. Emma says, and I look up to see an emotion I hate. Empathy. I don't want her sympathy. So I changed the topic and answered the second question. "And I don't like the band because they all like her. The weirdo. She's always happy, always talking with everyone as if they are the most special person in the world, she's happy about playing more music than any of us needs to. She's so weird that it's like she's popular. She's not normal, not right. All I want to say is pair me up with anyone but her. I hate her, Ms. Emma." Ms. Emma just looks at me like I am the weird one. "And who, pray tell, is that Jace?" I was a little shocked she didn't know. Or maybe she did and she wanted to hear me say it. So I said her name just to make her happy. "Astrid." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jace Vaughn hates Astrid. All because she is weird. Or maybe he is jealous because of how "easy" her life seems to be. He's always getting bullied by his supposed loved ones, and his favorite person in the world left him unwillingly. My life used to be pretty boring. Everything was average. Normal family, normal looks, normal house, normal job, normal life. The only non-boring aspect of my life was my best friend which was only because she always managed to mess it up somehow. I didn't really mind much because it kept things interesting. That is until she disappeared leaving me to care for her fatherless child with nothing more than a few hundred pounds and a sorry note. She did ruin my old life. She ruined everything that I'd actually cared for. My parents hated the fact that I was 'throwing my life away' for a child that wasn't mine. Not to mention illegally. Life as a child was amazing. Your weight didn't matter. Your clothes didn't matter. Your parents money didn't matter. All that mattered was who you were going to play with, but that's all gone now. My sister hates me, my mom has no time for me, and my dad, well he left me. My life has been one whirlwind after another. Except I'm content with it, till it all comes crashing down. Every television, billboard, and magazine is covered with models. Models that are supposed to be role models, for us. Perfect face, perfect body, perfect life. I have none of those things. All my life I've never cared that I was over weight, and didn't wear makeup. Who knew a boy could change all of that?
