They are for everyone. Everybody experiance it, especially after watching a horror movie or reading horror books.
But sometimes we get Nightmares which have no connection with what we did or saw in our real life.
And those are the nightmares which are meant to be avoided at all cost.
Here you'll get to see the life of Mike Shinoda, Joseph Hahn and their four best friends who let such a nightmare come true and lived through the consequences.
