*(previously known as Coffee Love)* "I never left you. You just stopped believing in the truth- in us." He untied his ashen mask, and it fluttered away with the wind. ~~~~~ May is an average girl, with average grades, and a not so average family life. Also, her reputation isn't exactly sky high, as she is infamously known around the school as 'the ice queen' for having an unfriendly personality. Jem has just moved from Boston, and is also the new barista of the local café- Coffee Love. He's not what you would call a badboy, heck, not even he's sure of 'what he is'. As far as Jem is concerned, his main goal isn't really to fit into a trope, or correct his weirdly 'eccentric' personality. But, he does have a growing interest in May. Why does she not follow the pattern of all the 'human behaviour tendencies research' Jem conducted? Why is he always looked at strangely by the others around him, when he starts enthusing about his newest studies on Japan's Sengoku Era, but then switches to his beliefs on why dating simulators may be more than a recreational device? But most importantly, why is May not just a passing interest, like all his other hobbies? The cocky, bad boy always falls for the sweet, good, sometimes quirky, eccentric booknerd. There's no question about that. But now the roles are reversed; will the bad girl fall for him the same way?
