The C.C.T.F File

When N.A.C.P.A (National American Crime Prevention Agency) decides that their usaul methods of crime prevention are less than effective, they create a specialised task force dubbed the Captured Criminal Task Force AKA C.C.T.F. Now all they need are three criminals to capture and assign to the C.C.F.T. One hacker, one thief, and one assassian. N.A.C.P.A's intentions sound pure but is there an ulterior motive to all that goes on in this agency? And can this unlikely group of heroes put aside thier differences and band together to defeat the true criminal?
