Democracy is reaching its end, and the country looks braced for a communistic government, despite riots from radicals. Sage is an old man, living in a apartment complex surrounded by derelict buildings and halted industrialization. He does not approve of society, or people in general, and tries to create his own ways of enjoying the world. HIs own son is a computer and internet modem programmer who develops new locals for the new world.

Rebecca, his lover, traveled in time for multiple occasions trying to find a solution to save humankind and the planet from severe contamination. Once, she saw his lover dying in the future for rejecting a direct order from the government. Rebecca Alingston decides to forcefully transform Dillon into a super robot which will be known as H.O.P.E. As part of her plan, Hope will save humankind and Earth, then later in the future will save her. After the transformation Hope turns out to have a partial amnesia and doesn't remember about his past person. Now he will try to find out who he is and why is he programmed to save humanity.
