Disclaimer: I do not and will never own any Harry Potter characters. They all belong to J.K. Rowling. This will be the only disclaimer for the whole story. I am not putting this in every chapter. All original characters are mine. I will also base the story off of the books but some aspects may come from the movies. 

What happens if on that fateful night in Godric's Hollow, James and Lily never died? What if they were just knocked unconscious but upon seeing their little Prongslet gone, they decide to move to America? Will the Boy who Lived ever get to meet his real family?
