Lucy always imagined herself as a damsel in distress and a knight in shining armor would come and save her from the horrible dragon that traps her. But that was a long time ago and now she knows knights aren't always good. Dragons aren't always bad and fairy tales don't always end happily ever after. But what if we could change the story what if the dragon was just protecting his golden treasure?
Lucy grew up in a mansion with a neglectful father and then she ran away to fairy tail, she was finally happy but then she got a letter, it was from her father requiring her to come back and meet for a arranged marriage. While Lucy was never apposed to arranged marriages she didn't have any reasons to still be loyal to her father, right? But what if she found out how bad her fathers situation really is? Would she accept? And what would the dragon do if he lost his golden treasure?
This is a nalu fanfic and this is my very first fan fic I may or may not throw my oc's in there for fun and if all goes well with this story I plan to do a story on them!
I do not own fairy tail that would belong to Hiro mashima although I wish I did! And I do not own the art work either and I'll tell you if I do my own (which I might make my own! Actually I probably will.) also I am horrible at spelling ad also really lazy so please forgive my mistakes. I hope you love this story and sit back relax and enjoy my little angry slices of pie!

This is the basic story of Natsu and Lucy realizing their feelings for each other after some adversities that happen over time, however I'll do my best to put a little more drama, and other themes (maybe lemmon) into this first story of mine to make it worthy to read!! XD of course I'll try to include some humour as well!! -> What would happen when suddenly Lucy begins to distanciate herself from Natsu? What could be the reason, and how would Natsu react to this? We already know about the typical stories about Lucy leaving the guild well this is one of them as well but only on the beginning, because afterwards it becomes an unique piece of literature... She thinks she's weak, even more after being ignored and treated as crap by her Nakamas so she decides to train, until one day something happens... But for their plans to come to pass, Lucy can't know who Natsu is to her or her guild. All this after Natsu and Lucy confess to each other.
